Key Responsibilities
Lead and shape antenna and radome technology
Provide technical oversight and delegate tasks
Work with interdisciplinary engineering teams
Analyze simulation or test data to verify performance to requirements
Define and refine requirements to validate hardware compliance
Guidance, coaching, mentoring, and training to other employees
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM)
Minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience or Advanced Degree with minimum 6 years of experience
Experience in antenna element design and fabrication
Experience in antenna simulation and modeling
Experience in antenna measurements in near or far field systems
Preferred Qualifications
Master of Science (MS) or PhD in electrical engineering
Experience managing and presenting technical data to stakeholders
Experience designing and delivering conformal antenna designs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
Knowledgeable of management processes like IPDS, EVMS
Experience with near-field-to-far-field processing algorithms
Proficiency with Python, MATLAB, and high-performance computing environments
Experience with modeling & simulation tools such as HFSS, CST, FEKO, SENTRi, and GRASP
