Abacus Technology is seeking a Marketing Assistant to enhance business development and proposal management efforts. This full-time role provides insight into the Federal procurement cycle and allows for significant contributions to brand awareness and program management within a successful government contractor.
Key Responsibilities
Support marketing meetings, generate reports, and document minutes
Operate and maintain in-house tracking system for opportunity updates
Administer the Non-Disclosure Agreement/Teaming Agreement process
Reconcile Business Community and Federal Department information
Assist with daily GWAC/IDIQ task order tracking and reporting
Perform ad hoc opportunity analysis and FOIA requests
Provide administrative support for business development and marketing
Coordinate trade shows and maintain corporate memberships
Required Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in business development or marketing operations
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related communications field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Strong written and oral communication skills
Excellent Internet research and computer skills
Organizational and analytical skills
Ability to interact professionally with management and technical staff
