Job Description

Abacus Technology is seeking a Marketing Assistant to enhance business development and proposal management efforts. This full-time role provides insight into the Federal procurement cycle and allows for significant contributions to brand awareness and program management within a successful government contractor.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support marketing meetings, generate reports, and document minutes
  • Operate and maintain in-house tracking system for opportunity updates
  • Administer the Non-Disclosure Agreement/Teaming Agreement process
  • Reconcile Business Community and Federal Department information
  • Assist with daily GWAC/IDIQ task order tracking and reporting
  • Perform ad hoc opportunity analysis and FOIA requests
  • Provide administrative support for business development and marketing
  • Coordinate trade shows and maintain corporate memberships

Required Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in business development or marketing operations
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related communications field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent Internet research and computer skills
  • Organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with management and technical staff
  • Must be a US citizen
