Job Description
Join Humana as a Medicare Sales Field Agent in Orange County, where you’ll build community relationships and drive sales. This role offers a competitive compensation package and the chance to make a direct impact on the Medicare population while working independently in a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
Build community relationships and drive self-generated sales
Meet sales goals and metrics while working independently
Interact with customers, external business partners, and the community through various modes of communication
Participate in grassroots marketing and field sales community events
Required Qualifications
Active Health Insurance license or ability to obtain prior to the start date
Experience with technology, including high-level use of laptops and mobile phone applications
Experience with Microsoft Office products such as Excel and Outlook
Must reside within the assigned territory/County
Ability to have daily face-to-face interactions with prospective members
Preferred Qualifications
Active Life and Variable Annuity Insurance license
Associate's or Bachelor's degree
Prior experience in TEAMS and PowerPoint
Experience engaging with the community through service, organizations, activities, and volunteerism
Experience selling Medicare products
Bilingual with the ability to speak, read, and write in both English and an additional language
Prior experience in public speaking and presentations
