Key Responsibilities
Carry a caseload of residents and provide clinical interventions
Complete client assessments including intake and risk assessments
Support clients in meeting individual goals and develop safety plans
Provide individual and family counseling
Advocate on behalf of residents with other service providers
Participate in team meetings and case conferences
Complete regular and timely documentation of resident interactions
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work
LMSW or LCSW certification preferred
Fluency in American Sign Language
Experience working with individuals living with serious mental illness, substance use disorders, or trauma
