Job Title: Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (ER)
Location: Geneseo, Illinois 61254
Shift: 12-Hour Day Shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Hours per Week: 36

Requirements:

• License: Current and valid RN License in Illinois.
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS required; PALS and TNCC preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 1–2 years of recent Emergency Room experience required.
• Skills: Strong critical thinking, communication, and multitasking abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care for individuals presenting with emergency or acute medical conditions.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Administer medications, perform treatments, and monitor patient responses.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with hospital policies.
• Respond effectively to emergencies and prioritize patient care according to severity.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
