Job Description

Join Exploria Resorts as a Front Desk Supervisor and be the face of our hospitality. Ensure exceptional guest experiences while leading a dedicated team and contributing to a vibrant work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure high morale and loyalty to the resort
  • Meet and exceed guest expectations
  • Follow up on guest issues for satisfaction
  • Assist guests at the Front Desk during check-in and check-out
  • Ensure efficient communication between departments
  • Maintain accurate billing and make adjustments
  • Resolve guest issues with outstanding customer service
  • Schedule staff and meet budget requirements
  • Communicate with all departments and vendors

Required Qualifications

  • Previous Front Desk experience in a resort environment
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Outstanding guest service skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
  • MS Office proficiency
  • High school degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Supervisory experience
