Key Responsibilities
Ensure high morale and loyalty to the resort
Meet and exceed guest expectations
Follow up on guest issues for satisfaction
Assist guests at the Front Desk during check-in and check-out
Ensure efficient communication between departments
Maintain accurate billing and make adjustments
Resolve guest issues with outstanding customer service
Schedule staff and meet budget requirements
Communicate with all departments and vendors
Required Qualifications
Previous Front Desk experience in a resort environment
Strong leadership skills
Outstanding guest service skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
MS Office proficiency
High school degree or equivalent experience
