Job Description

Join Quill, part of Staples, as a Customer Sales Account Manager to drive sales and manage a portfolio of large accounts. You'll develop strategic growth plans and leverage your sales expertise to deliver tailored solutions, all while enjoying a supportive and inclusive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales results for assigned accounts (~$8-10M+)
  • Acquire new business and manage current customer base
  • Map accounts and identify growth opportunities
  • Build strategic growth plans and identify new opportunities
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage customer data and sales pipeline
  • Execute sales strategies through various communication channels

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3+ years sales experience in Account Management and/or Business Development
  • Availability to travel (up to 4x per year)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Prior experience working with large complex accounts
  • Experience managing a sales quota with a track record of exceeding it
  • Managed a complex deal from start to finish
  • Experience with business-to-business sales process
  • Experience retaining and growing accounts
