Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction
Lead a team and manage processes to grow sales
Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility
Drive sales through efficient inventory management and merchandising
Assist the General Manager with task execution and reporting
Collaborate in talent acquisition efforts
Required Qualifications
2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store management
2+ years managing operations with an annual sales volume of $2+ million
2+ years affecting and deciphering budgets and P&L statements
2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees
Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office
Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check
