Job Description
Join Zen Educate as a Teacher Aide and support K-12 special education students in the Phoenix area. You'll assist teachers, help students achieve their IEP goals, and create a positive learning environment while gaining valuable hands-on experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist licensed staff in the classroom
Aid students in meeting their individualized education plan (IEP)
Maintain a conducive classroom environment
Work with individuals and/or small groups
Provide support for students in crisis
Support students on outings
Utilize various learning methods
Celebrate students' achievements
Required Qualifications
60 credits, Associates Degree, or passing score on appropriate ADE assessment
