Key Responsibilities
Meet or exceed location revenue goals and KPIs
Manage repair job assignments and production flow
Support teammates during peak times
Ensure quality standards and billing accuracy
Complete shop payroll and staffing management
Communicate with team to meet delivery requirements
Write DRP complaint estimates as needed
Conduct team acquisition, coaching, and development
Required Qualifications
Knowledge of Collision Industry
Aptitude in decision-making and problem solving
Ability to lead and work collaboratively
Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
Proficient knowledge of estimating software, CCC ONE
Proficient with Computers and other technology
Valid driver's license required
