Key Responsibilities
Assist customers during rental and return processes
Check cars and enter information in handheld devices
Process rentals for loyalty customers
Assist customers at exit gates and check-in cars
Required Qualifications
Valid Driver's License
Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
Effective verbal communication skills
Willingness to work outdoors
Flexibility to work all shifts
Ability to type, sit, stand, walk or move throughout rental lot
Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US
Regular on-site presence required
Preferred Qualifications
6 months retail customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
