Responsibilities

• Build relationships with patients by demonstrating compassion and connection
• Educate patients about Serenity’s life-changing treatment options
• Address questions and concerns regarding treatment options
• Overcome objections to facilitate treatment scheduling
• Be willing to learn and step into other roles as needed

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong customer service mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, basic math skills
• Minimum of 3 years of full-time experience
• Experience in roles such as orthopedic, dental, or vision offices, caregiving for children with disabilities, professional tutoring, personal coaching, or high-end restaurant serving
