Job Summary:
- Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for an identified group of patients.
- Demonstrates competency in delivery of care to a primarily adult population. -Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Professional knowledge of nursing theory and practice at a level normally acquired through completion of a minimum of two years education at an accredited School of Nursing in order to be eligible for licensure as a Registered Nurse.
Required Education:
- BSN or nursing diploma.
- Trauma education annually.
- Stroke education annually.
Required Certifications & Licensure:
- Current state of Wisconsin or a Multi-state Registered Nurse License.
- AHA - BLS
- AHA - PALS
- AHA - ACLS
- TNCC
Notes:
- Every other Weekend/Holiday.
- Floating between Mequon and Pewaukee required.
- 12x3 Nights (19:15 - 07:15)
