Key Responsibilities
Assist the supervisor in daily operations
Ensure priority surgical trays are being processed
Assist in employee development
Assist in training
Required Qualifications
2 years experience in decontamination and sterilization of supplies, surgical instruments, and equipment
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Completion of a Central Sterile Processing Course
CSP Certification (CRCST or CBSPD Certification required)
Preferred Qualifications
2 years experience in specific areas of focus including surgical instrumentation, information management, or department inventory control
