As a Customer Accounts Manager at Aaron’s, you'll lead the customer accounts department to drive store success through excellent customer relationships and effective team management. Your role will include managing account collections, lease renewals, and operational support to help customers achieve their ownership goals.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain customer accounts and update information
Assist General Manager with operational functions
Build authentic customer relationships
Manage the collections process and lease renewals
Review and close lease agreements
Contact customers for renewals
Manage entire accounts staff to achieve goals
Required Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years old in the US or 18 in Canada
Valid state Driver’s License
Meet DOT requirements for certification
Ability to work varying hours from 8 am to 9 pm
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without help and up to 300 lbs with assistance
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
High energy and ability to multitask
Proficient computer skills
Preferred Qualifications
Two years of college or two years of previous management experience
