Beacon Hill Legal has an urgent need for an experienced litigator to join a sophisticated trial team at a law firm in NJ!

This a temp to perm assingment! Qualified candidates must have 6+ years of litigation experience and be comfortable with managing discovery, taking/defending depositions, motion practice, brief writing, and oral arguments. Candidates must be available to work onsite and be actively licensed in NJ. Benefits and competitive compensation available through Beacon Hill!

Responsibilities and Qualifications:

• 6+ years of defense litigation experience.
• Must be actively licensed in New Jersey (active/ in good standing).
• Must have strong understanding of the discovery process.
• Must be comfortable taking and defending depositions.
• Oral argument experience preferred. Proven writing, editing, proofreading skills required.
• Keen attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to multitask.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
