Store Manager - Sevierville Direct Tools Factory Outlet, a division of TTI Power Equipment, a highly acclaimed World-Class supplier of superior home improvement products, has an immediate need for a Store Manager for our Sevierville Store. If you enjoy leading by example and being involved in all aspects of retail sales, this is the opportunity for YOU! The ideal candidate will excel in store operations, lead a team, and focus on increasing sales and profits. Responsibilities include selling, relationship retailing, and managing store operations. You will wear many hats: supervisor, inventory controller, visual merchandiser, and performance driver. This role involves significant customer interaction to make a business impact. Minimum 5 years' retail supervisory/management experience. TTI brand product knowledge preferred. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Proven ability to increase sales and profitability. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Customer-focused and sales-driven. Ability to foster a performance and accountability environment. Flexible schedule including evenings, days, and weekends. Knowledge of TeamWork software preferred.
