Job Description
Join Quill as an Inside Sales Key Account Manager, where you'll lead sales efforts for a portfolio of significant accounts. With a focus on strategic growth, you'll develop relationships, drive business development, and leverage your sales expertise to exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage sales results for assigned accounts with large sales potential (~$8-10M+)
Acquire new business and grow sales while managing the existing customer base
Map accounts and identify growth opportunities
Utilize Salesforce to manage customer data and sales pipeline
Execute sales strategies through various channels including phone and social selling
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED
3+ years sales experience in Account Management and/or Business Development
Availability to travel (up to 4x per year)
Preferred Qualifications
Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
Prior experience working with large complex accounts
Track record of exceeding sales quota
Managed complex deals from start to finish
Experience with business-to-business sales process
Responsibility to retain and grow accounts
