As an Area Manager at CSL Behring, you will play a critical role in promoting and managing products within the Chicago North Milwaukee South territory. You will be responsible for building relationships with healthcare professionals and implementing strategies to drive sales and account growth.
Key Responsibilities
Promote products and increase usage to select call points, including HCP’s and hospitals.
Develop new accounts and grow existing accounts through solid customer relationships.
Develop and implement territory business plans to achieve sales targets.
Implement key marketing programs to increase market share.
Maintain proper call frequency with assigned targets.
Stay updated with current clinical technical literature.
Implement CSL selling model in customer interactions.
Work with patient support groups where appropriate.
Communicate marketplace issues to management.
Represent CSL Behring at local customer meetings.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor degree in a scientific or business field
Minimum of five years’ pharmaceutical sales or relevant experience
Demonstrated success with field sales and market share growth
Knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and regulations
