As a Fleet Maintenance Clerk at Hertz, you'll manage day-to-day data entry and processing, ensuring smooth operations and communication within the team. This role is crucial for maintaining accurate records and supporting the fleet maintenance department's needs.
Key Responsibilities
Receive, verify, and enter information into computer systems
Complete office processes, including filing, handling mail and directing telephone calls
Compile and maintain local paperwork for easy access and quick reference
Perform basic receivable processes including generation or submittal of purchase orders/invoices
Perform other office duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High school degree or equivalent
1+ year in an office setting preferred
Previous experience using computers a plus
