Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive mental health assessments and document findings
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient-centered care plans
Provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members
Monitor patients' responses to interventions and adjust care plans as needed
Administer medications as ordered and educate patients about their use
Support patients during medical procedures relevant to mental health care
Advocate for patients' needs and rights
Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Educate patients and families about mental health conditions and coping strategies
Complete accurate, timely documentation
Required Qualifications
One year of recent experience as a behavioral health RN
Valid RN license in compliance with state regulations
Current BLS (AHA/ARC) Certification
Preferred Qualifications
ACLS Certifications (AHA/ARC)
CPI Certification
Other certifications and licenses may be required for this position
