? Position Overview

Virtua Voorhees is seeking a skilled NICU RN for an every-weekend night shift contract. The unit specializes in high-acuity neonatal care with 46 beds and a strong emphasis on couplet care. Candidates must have experience with micro preemies and high frequency ventilation.

✅ Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years NICU experience — Required
• Experience in Level III NICU — Required
• Must be comfortable caring for micro preemies and using high frequency ventilation
• Certifications:
  • BLS — Required
  • NRP — Required
• Travel experience — Accepted but not preferred
• First-time travelers — Considered

Important Notes:

• RTO must be submitted at the time of application — no post-submission RTO will be honored
• Block scheduling is not permitted
• Must float within the Virtua system (Voorhees, Marlton, Mt. Holly, Willingboro, OLOL) as needed
