Join Crash Champions as an Automotive Technician/Mechanic where you'll be at the forefront of high-quality collision repair. You'll examine and repair vehicles, ensuring safety and efficiency while working in a supportive, people-first environment.
Key Responsibilities
Examine damaged vehicles and efficiently plan repair process
Communicate with others on vehicle repair status
Perform quality repairs while maintaining on-time status
Make decisions on repair vs. replace considering safety, cost, and cycle time
Remove upholstery, accessories, and trim to access vehicle components
Participate in all required safety meetings
File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces using power tools and hand tools
Direct the work of an apprentice when needed
Required Qualifications
Ability to use frame machine
Knowledge of vehicle repair process by manufacturer
I-CAR welding certified
Skill in analyzing and interpreting measuring data
Ability to supervise repair personnel
Must be able to pass thorough background check
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in body repair
