Job Description
Join Boeing as an Associate/Experienced Subsystem Modeling and Controls Engineer, where you will support the Phantom Works team in innovative aerospace projects. Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, integrate and test vehicle subsystem models and controllers using various modeling tools
Assess and refine the control law design using controls methodology
Perform model validation against test data
Support vehicle simulations including desktop, software, and real-time simulations
Support hardware in the loop development and testing
Develop and document mechanical and fluid system requirements
Contribute to supplier development and testing activities
Participate in design reviews and testing to ensure product quality
Required Qualifications
Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, technology, chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science
2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's or work experience with a Master's for Level 2
5+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's, 3+ years with a Master's, or a PhD for Level 3
Experience with vehicle subsystems engineering
Experience using Matlab and/or Simulink
