Job Description
As a Site Director at KinderCare, you will inspire and lead educators to create engaging learning experiences for children. You'll build strong relationships with families and ensure a safe, effective learning environment, all while contributing to the mission of providing high-quality child care.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise teachers to create engaging classroom experiences
Ensure effective operation of the site and maintain safety standards
Partner with parents for optimal child care and education
Cultivate positive relationships with families, staff, and community contacts
Lead recruitment and enrollment of new families
Required Qualifications
At least one year of teaching experience
Ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team
Strong desire to make a difference for children
Ability to build relationships with families and staff
Outstanding customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Meet state specific guidelines for the role
Basic computer proficiency
Ability to lift a minimum of 40 pounds
Effective communication in English
