As a Recruiter for Finance and Accounting at Randstad USA, you will ensure client satisfaction by matching staffing needs with top talent. You'll leverage innovative tools to proactively source candidates, manage the hiring process, and foster relationships to maintain a robust talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively source candidates using various channels
Evaluate client talent requirements and align them with candidate skills
Manage the hiring and placement process
Research, identify, recruit, screen, interview, and select candidates
Develop and execute effective recruiting plans
Prepare candidates for client interviews and present competitive offer packages
Stay informed about market trends and collaborate with Client Solutions Managers
Utilize social media to amplify brand visibility and reach
Manage the disciplinary process for talent
Ensure compliance with Randstad’s policies and EEO laws
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of business experience
1+ year in recruiting professional roles
Proficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
Strong understanding of business operations and/or office management best practices
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related fields
CAP, PACE Certification
Previous experience and/or background in Finance & Accounting
Proven success using social media and online platforms to build relationships and generate talent leads
