Key Responsibilities
Enroll eligible members in UHC Essential Plan
Build relationships with key accounts
Present health plan information and close sales
Serve as point of contact for member service and enrollment
Manage sales pipeline and report on effectiveness
Conduct product presentations in various settings
Track sales events and provide feedback
Stay informed on UHC operations and services
Manage multiple priorities and appointments
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED
Health & Accident Insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
2+ years of B2B/B2C direct marketing or sales experience
Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
Ability to travel locally up to 100% of the time
Ability to work core business hours, Monday - Friday
Reside within/commutable distance of target geography
Bilingual
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with diverse populations and underserved communities
Outside sales and territory management experience
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Knowledge of Essential Plan Market Place marketing rules
Proven relationships with community organizations
Team player with collaborative skills
