Key Responsibilities

  • Enroll eligible members in UHC Essential Plan
  • Build relationships with key accounts
  • Present health plan information and close sales
  • Serve as point of contact for member service and enrollment
  • Manage sales pipeline and report on effectiveness
  • Conduct product presentations in various settings
  • Track sales events and provide feedback
  • Stay informed on UHC operations and services
  • Manage multiple priorities and appointments

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Health & Accident Insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
  • 2+ years of B2B/B2C direct marketing or sales experience
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Ability to travel locally up to 100% of the time
  • Ability to work core business hours, Monday - Friday
  • Reside within/commutable distance of target geography
  • Bilingual

  • Experience with diverse populations and underserved communities
  • Outside sales and territory management experience
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Knowledge of Essential Plan Market Place marketing rules
  • Proven relationships with community organizations
  • Team player with collaborative skills
