Key Responsibilities
Greet patients and manage standard wait times
Complete check-in and check-out tasks including demographic verification and insurance verification
Collect co-payments and manage daily deposits
Answer phones and schedule appointments
Manage medical records and correspondence
Establish effective relationships with patients and staff
Perform other related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED or higher
1+ years of customer service or healthcare related experience
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Ability to travel 10% of the time to nearby offices
Ability to work a flexible 40-hour work week between 6:30 am to 5:30 pm PST
Preferred Qualifications
1+ years of experience in medical front office Urgent Care
1+ years of related work experience including data entry
Prior experience with EMR computer applications
Bilingual (English / Spanish)
