Key Responsibilities
Manage all location maintenance operations and supervise shop staff
Schedule and administer fleet maintenance
Communicate vehicle availability for service
Handle hiring, training, and performance reviews of staff
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
Oversee maintenance technicians' training and efficiency projects
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
5 years of hands-on mechanical supervisory experience
CDL Operator's license with required endorsements
Good written and oral communication skills
Computer skills

Industry experience repairing and maintaining diesel engines and school bus equipment
