Key Responsibilities
Oversee compliance with regulatory standards including FACT and CIBMTR
Lead audits and quality improvement initiatives within the oncology service line

Participate in Quality Management Committee meetings and collaborate with clinical departments
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Washington Registered Nurse License
3 years Direct patient care
Experience with EHRs
Experience developing clinical care policies, procedures and order sets
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Healthcare
1 year Experience in a supervisory role
