Key Responsibilities
Prepare patients for examination and perform 2D echoes, M-mode and Doppler studies
Prepare preliminary interpretations of studies
Maintain records of patient echo studies
Assist in training residents, fellows, and other physicians
Knowledge of multiple echocardiography platforms and technology
Required Qualifications
Successful completion of an accredited training course in cardiac technology
Successful completion of an accredited training course in cardiac ultrasound
Interpretation skills for comprehensive examination
Graduate of cardiac echocardiography technology program
