Key Responsibilities
Oversee regulatory compliance and quality standards for oncology cellular therapy programs
Lead audits and manage corrective actions
Coordinate with clinical and operational teams for quality improvement initiatives
Handle quality data analysis, education, and documentation
Manage the Quality Calendar and perform associated audits
Participate in design, creation, validation, analysis, and communication of clinical quality data
Support evaluation and improvement of quality and safety practices
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school
Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
3 years of direct patient care experience
Experience with EHRs
Experience developing clinical care policies, procedures, and order sets
Preferred Qualifications
Master's Degree in Healthcare
1 year of experience in a supervisory role
