Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee regulatory compliance and quality standards for oncology cellular therapy programs
  • Lead audits and manage corrective actions
  • Coordinate with clinical and operational teams for quality improvement initiatives
  • Handle quality data analysis, education, and documentation
  • Manage the Quality Calendar and perform associated audits
  • Participate in design, creation, validation, analysis, and communication of clinical quality data
  • Support evaluation and improvement of quality and safety practices

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited school
  • Washington Registered Nurse License upon hire
  • 3 years of direct patient care experience
  • Experience with EHRs
  • Experience developing clinical care policies, procedures, and order sets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Healthcare
  • 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
