Key Responsibilities
Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, and cost-effective care
Collaborate with administrative personnel, physicians, and co-workers
Manage patient flow and bed management issues

Challenge current processes and provide mentorship
Hold care providers accountable for professional responsibilities
Required Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited Nursing program
Current RN license with the State Board of Nursing
3-5 years of hospital nursing experience
American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probation period
TNCC, ACLS and ENPC or PALS certifications
Skills in human relations and communication
Demonstrates clinical competence in patient care delivery
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Nursing
