As a Clinical Supervisor (RN) in the Operating Room, you will lead nursing operations, ensuring patient care quality and safety. You will supervise staff, provide guidance, and actively participate in patient services, shaping a collaborative environment that prioritizes excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Accountable for ongoing shift leadership and operations of clinical department
Supervise nursing department associates
Provide patient care when needed
Coach and guide employees under supervision
Ensure nursing care safety and quality
Required Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing
Current RN license in the State of New Mexico
Current BLS Certification
Current ACLS Certification or obtain within 6 months
Current PALS/NRP if applicable
Current TNCC if applicable or obtain within 6 months
Current CPI or equivalent must be obtained within six months for Behavioral Health and Emergency Department
Knowledge and skills to provide care/service appropriate to the age of patients
