Key Responsibilities
Perform administrative and clinical duties
Obtain vital signs and discuss symptoms with patients
Administer medications and vaccines
Conduct phlebotomy and collect specimens
Maintain examination rooms and sterilize/clean equipment
Document information into electronic medical records
Required Qualifications
Successful completion of MA school/training program or Certified/Registered Medical Assistant or 5+ years of experience
High school diploma or equivalent
CPR Certified
TB screening requirement
Preferred Qualifications
Certified or Registered Medical Assistant
Medication/vaccine administration experience
1+ years MA experience
Value Based Care experience including knowledge of HEDIS, CPT/ICD coding, and CAHPS/HOS Patient Experience
Phlebotomy experience
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
