Job Description

Join Charles Schwab as a Senior Specialist in Client Integration Support, where you will play a crucial role in onboarding clients to our brokerage platform. Utilize your expertise in financial services to enhance client experiences and drive successful integrations of retirement and health savings accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate client development, testing, and deployment integration
  • Understand client business requirements and integration needs
  • Serve as primary liaison between PCIS and client technology teams
  • Provide hands-on support and troubleshooting during implementation
  • Work with Agile delivery team to craft user stories
  • Monitor clients’ daily file transmission
  • Prepare for and participate in Quarterly installs for system enhancements

Required Qualifications

  • Subject matter expert on Brokerage Plans and account integrations
  • Experience in financial services
  • Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office applications
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated success in supporting multiple projects and priorities
  • 2-3 years Data analysis
  • 3-4 years strong analytical problem-solving skills
  • 3-4 years Agile (scrum) experience; creating and prioritizing stories in JIRA
  • 2 years SQL, script writing

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4-7 years’ experience in Self Directed Brokerage Accounts
  • 3-4 years’ experience with Popweb, Client Central, Scube, SAC and EMTR
  • 2 years SAFe experience; PI/Sprint planning, Agile ceremonies
  • SAFe certified
  • API experience
