Job Description
Join Edlogical Group as an Educational Audiologist, where you'll assess and support students' hearing and balance needs to enhance their educational experience. Collaborate with IEP teams and provide essential counseling to ensure effective communication and learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and diagnose hearing, balance, and related issues in students
Provide counseling and recommendations for classroom amplification solutions
Collaborate with IEP teams to optimize student outcomes
Monitor and evaluate students' progress and make necessary adjustments
Educate students on hearing loss prevention
Required Qualifications
Doctoral degree (PhD or AuD)
Valid California Clinical/Rehabilitative Services Audiology credential
Minimum one year as a practicing audiologist in an educational setting
Valid California Driver’s License
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with IEP teams
Knowledge of classroom amplification systems
Skills in speech reading and auditory training techniques
