Key Responsibilities
Managing administrative intake of members
Working with hospitals, clinics, and the clinical team to manage service requests
Processing incoming and outgoing referrals and prior authorizations
Assisting clinical staff with document setup and triage cases for Clinical Coverage Review
Required Qualifications
2+ years of customer service experience in a Healthcare Facility
2+ years of experience with medical terminology
Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to work Sunday-Wednesday from 6:00am - 5:00pm, including some holidays
Must be 18 years of age or older
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years working within the health care Industry and with health care insurance
2+ years working in a hospital, physician's office, or medical clinic setting
2+ years working in a call center
A clerical or administrative support background
