Job Description

Join Staples as an Inside Sales Representative and drive revenue growth by converting new customers in the public sector and commercial market. Key Responsibilities

  • Drive conversion of new revenue from new customers in public sector and commercial market
  • Build territory penetration strategy and analyze performance
  • Qualify prospects and schedule appointments with potential customers
  • Utilize marketing collateral for presentations to drive engagement
  • Attend conferences and events to represent Quill
  • Create custom pricing solutions for commercial customers
  • Ensure smooth transition of new customers to account management
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM
  • Seek continuous improvement through feedback and coaching
  • Promote company values and develop trusted relationships with key accounts

Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma/GED
  • 4+ years of field sales experience
  • Required travel within territory based on appointments, customer needs and conferences, approximately 50% travel
  • Remote Role: Must be able to cover a territory of Philadelphia, PA

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months+ of relevant experience in the public sector market
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Proven business development experience
