Opportunity:
RN - Burn Unit Inpatient
Job Details:
• Work night shifts from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• Critical care experience required
• Less than 1 year completion of accredited nursing school with requisition clinical hours required
• Direct patient care experience preferred
• Required certifications upon hire: RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact), BLS, ACLS (within 180 days), PALS (within 180 days), ABLS (within 180 days)
• Associates, Diploma, or Bachelors in Nursing (Bachelors preferred)
• Perform comprehensive nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Provide relationship-based patient centered care adapted to cultural diversity
• Coordinate delivery and documentation of safe quality patient care
• Participate in interdisciplinary rounds, case review, and bedside shift reports
• Complete mandatory education and professional competency assessments
• Serve as preceptor and mentor for other nursing professionals
• Participate in evidence-based practice, research, and performance improvement activities
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English with basic computer skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills required
• Ability to function in fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies decisively
• Excellent time management and critical thinking skills essential
