Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Operate the restaurant in absence of the Senior/General Manager
Assist in achieving sales growth through quality service and cleanliness
Interview and hire qualified staff
Schedule sufficient staff to operate the restaurant
Train and develop crew members
Maintain inventory and product supply
Ensure adherence to cash procedures and HR policies
Required Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older
2 years of management experience
Available to work all shifts and weekends
Ability to pass background check and drug screen
Valid Driver's License
Strong conflict-resolution skills
Consistent and Reliable
Excellent communication skills
