Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement policies for fraud initiatives
Lead a team executing the fraud strategic plan
Monitor progress of strategic plan and adapt to changes
Communicate and align business strategy with company goals
Anticipate and recognize fraud trends and develop solutions
Ensure effective execution of alert generation in fraud case management
Manage team recruiting, development, and performance
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of related experience in lieu of degree
8 years of experience in financial crimes
3 years of direct team lead or management experience
Expert experience in developing and implementing fraud initiatives
Comprehensive understanding of business requirements and technology solutions
Knowledge of data analysis tools and SQL, SAS, BI tools
Extensive knowledge of bank laws and regulations related to money movement
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience in collaborating with stakeholders and managing work towards strategic goals
