Join Citizens as an Incentive System Administrator, where you'll manage and enhance the Incentive Compensation Management System, ensuring optimal performance and strategic alignment. Key Responsibilities
Manage Incentive Compensation Management System
Design and develop configuration changes and workflows
Administer and configure user web portal
Create and maintain Data Integration interfaces
Perform load testing and analytical data analysis
Liaise with server/network/security teams
Create reference guides for colleague readiness
Engage in strategic initiatives for Incentives & Sales Performance
Required Qualifications
Understanding of databases & ETL tools like SQL, Python and Alteryx
Understanding of Incentive Compensation Management Systems (Motivator, NICE, Varicent, SAP, etc.)
Program management experience
Competent use of Microsoft Office applications
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to act as internal consultant
Service Level Management skills
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of financial services experience
5+ years in business analysis or similar roles
5+ years experience with Varicent Incentive Compensation Management System
Agile Kanban experience
