Days 3x12-Hour (06:15 - 18:45)
Note: CVOR & endovascular circulating & scrub experience required
Description:

1-2 years of recent CVOR experience required.
Scrub experience is required for cardiac and vascular.
MA RN license required.
On-Call schedule: The CVOR team covers call for cardiac and vascular cases only. It is currently 1 night/week and every 6th weekend 
Must be experienced in Cardiac, Thoracic, Vascular and Transplant service lines
Specialties & Procedures Include:

• Vascular: AAA repair, AV fistula repair, Carotid Endarterectomy, EVAR, TEVAR, Fem-Pop bypass, Vein stripping
• Neuro: Craniotomy, Cervical/Lumbar Fusion, Laminectomy, Kyphoplasty, VP Shunt
• Cardiac: CABG, Mitral Valve, TAVR, MAZE, LVAD/RVAD, Aortic Aneurysm repair
• Trauma: Amputations, Burns, GSW/Stab, MVA, Trauma scrubbing
• General Surgery: Appendectomy, Cholecystectomy, Hernia, Colon resection, Thyroidectomy
• Ortho & Spine: Open/Closed reduction, Spinal fusion, Laminectomy
• ENT, Urology, Ophthalmology, Plastics, Peds, and Transplant: All major procedures including tonsillectomy, cystoscopy, sinus & thoracic surgeries, kidney/liver transplants
• Equipment/Skills: Cell saver, Steris, Infection control, Time-out protocol, Specimen handling
• Settings: CVOR, General OR, Hybrid OR, Trauma

Requirements:

• CVOR/Endovascular circulate & scrub experience required
• Strong knowledge of infection control, universal protocol, and surgical instrumentation.
  Patient Diagnoses:
• CVOR & endovascular circulating & scrub experience required
