Join Molina Healthcare as an Account Representative to drive membership growth through ethical sales and marketing of Medicare products. Leverage your sales skills and community engagement to achieve revenue and retention goals in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop sales strategies to meet sales targets through community outreach.
Generate leads from referrals and local research.
Conduct presentations and enroll eligible individuals in Molina Medicare products.
Track marketing and sales activities in SalesForce.com.
Work closely with network providers for member education.
Required Qualifications
High School diploma/GED
2+ years Medicare, Medicaid, managed care or other health/insurance related sales experience
Active, unrestricted Life & Health (Disability) Agent license
