CT/Rad Tech Dual Modality – Kings Mountain, NC

Advocate Southeast is seeking a skilled CT/Rad Tech for a dual-modality role in Kings Mountain, NC. This contract position runs

11/3/25 – 1/31/26

What You’ll Do:

• Perform CT and general X-ray exams , including portable imaging.
• Execute venous and arterial phase scanning , multi-phase scans, stroke imaging, and colorectal studies.
• Start peripheral IVs as needed.
• Work with EPIC EMR, Epic Radiant RIS, Philips iSite PACS , and equipment including GE Optima AS 32 CT, Bayer/Medrad Power Injector, Shimadzu RadSpeed and portable X-ray, and Phillips X-ray systems.
• Collaborate with transport/guest services for patient care across ED, inpatient, observation, and outpatient units .

Requirements:

• ARRT Radiologic Technology certification with CT advanced registry
• BLS certification
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in CT/diagnostic imaging
• First-time travelers considered

Schedule & Details:

• Monday – Thursday, 13:30–23:30 (10-hour shifts)
• No call, 1 holiday during contract
• Free parking provided
• Radius requirement: Permanent address must be 50 miles outside the home unit
• Department averages 85 total DX Rad & CT studies/day

Preferred Skills:

• TeraRecon knowledge
