A Travel Cath Lab Technologist provides specialized cardiovascular invasive support across multiple diagnostic and interventional procedures in a hospital setting. The role requires at least 2 years of experience with catheterization lab equipment and techniques including scrub, imaging, and peripheral vascular cases. This travel position involves 36-hour weeks with 12-hour shifts, requiring certifications such as BLS and RCIS, and experience with advanced cardiac devices and EMR systems.

EMR/Equipment GE MacLab, will be switching to Phillips Xper in 2026
Common diagnoses/Types of patients :Cardac (PCI & diagnostic- LHC & RHC, pacemaker implants), vascular, IR cases, mediports and dialysis caths, & AAA Stenting (hybrid lab), Equipment: impellas, IABP, shockwave, IVUS, FFR, IFR, swans, roto
Cases per day: on average 16
Required Certifications
BLS, Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) via CCI. ARRT

There will be some holiday call
Weeknight/Call Requirements 2 shifts/week, typically follows a day that they work Weekend/Call Requirements every 3rd weekend - Holiday/Call Requirements May be asked to go in the Holiday Call Rotation
