Job Description
Join New Directions Mental Health as a Mental Health Therapist, where you'll provide culturally sensitive therapy and collaborate with a dedicated team to enhance client care and improve mental health access in the community.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct culturally sensitive assessments for clients and families
Provide tailored outpatient individual and family therapy
Develop comprehensive crisis and wellness plans
Participate in case consultations and agency meetings
Ensure timely completion of documentation and billing
Engage in collaborative care with the clinical team
Required Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Counseling, or a related field
Provisional license per state regulation (if required)
Educational background leading to professional licensing
Passion for mental health and commitment to high-quality care
Strong commitment to ethical practice and maintaining confidentiality
Excellent communication skills
