Job Description

Join Zen Educate as a Behavior Technician (TA) for the 2025-2026 school year, where you will support K-12 students with autism and behavioral needs. Collaborate with teachers to implement behavior plans and create a positive learning environment. This role offers a chance to make a significant impact on student success and growth.

Key Responsibilities

Implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Provide one-on-one or small group behavioral support
Collaborate with teachers and behavior specialists
Track and document behavioral data
Partner with special education staff and families
Support students with daily routines

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma
Experience supporting individuals with Special Educational Needs
Experience providing personal care support
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stay calm and patient in challenging situations
US Work Authorization
English proficiency
Passion for supporting students

Preferred Qualifications

Experience supporting children with autism or complex emotional needs
Experience in special education with moderate to severe behaviors
Bachelor’s Degree
Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies
Additional training in behavioral techniques
