As a Geek Squad Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for technology support at Best Buy. You'll assess customers' needs, perform basic services, and collaborate with fellow agents on complex repairs, all while providing exceptional service and support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide positive, timely service to customers during the check-in and checkout process
Understand technology issues by asking questions and providing accurate time estimates
Help customers set up new devices and advise on repairs or replacements
Monitor service queues and provide updates to customers
Maintain knowledge and skillsets through certified training courses
Clearly communicate and partner with fellow agents
Required Qualifications
3 months of experience working in retail or customer service
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, nights, and weekends
Preferred Qualifications
Passion for technology and desire to solve problems
Ability to adapt and learn new skills in a fast-paced industry
